Welcome! I'm Tanisha Grant, the founder and owner of Psalms Behavioral Health, LLC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life.
My journey in healthcare began more than 12 years ago as a registered nurse. I have cared for patients in intensive care, medical-surgical nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, utilization management, and clinical quality review.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Purdue Global University. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, personalized, and evidence-based.

Your first appointment includes review of symptoms, history, goals, medications, safety, and treatment options. Please complete intake forms before your appointment through the secure patient portal once your EHR is connected.
